Qum Front — the guide

Economy

Everything is built with crystals. A harvester (50) carries crystals from a deposit to the depot; a depot next to the deposit shortens the trip. Start with 2–3 harvesters, then protect the base with barracks and a tower.

The HQ is the heart of the base; lose it and the game is over. Radar lifts the fog of war; the nuclear silo (1500) is the strongest weapon but costly and slow.

Soldiers are cheap and plentiful, rocket troopers counter tanks, anti-air counters helicopters and jets. Artillery hits from afar but is weak up close. Aircraft (needs an airfield) are fast but fear anti-air.

Modes and teams

  • Single player: against up to 5 computers, 3 levels: easy, normal, hard (income and waves differ; on hard the AI uses nukes too).
  • Online: up to 6 players via a 4-digit room code. Team setups: free-for-all, 2 teams, 3 teams.
  • Controls: select and command with the mouse (right click to move/attack), tap and drag on phones; numbered groups.

Tips

  1. The first 2 minutes are economy: harvesters and depot, then barracks.
  2. Mixed armies (soldiers + rockets + anti-air) leave no enemy type with an edge.
  3. Build radar to see where the enemy comes from.
  4. Hit enemy harvesters; a base without crystals dies.
