Savdo Shahri — the guide

Getting started

  1. The name is optional: press Play. Your first shop in the village is free and its product is random (you choose for later shops).
  2. The station produces goods: carry them to the counter by hand (or hire a carrier).
  3. Stand at the register and the queue pays you; hire a cashier and they do it.
  4. Collect the cash pile by the register (a manager does it automatically) and spend it on hires and expansion.
  5. 🟢 The green circles in your shop mark the next worker/upgrade and its price: walk onto one and stand still and it buys itself in 1–2 seconds (walking past does nothing). Everything else is in the 🛠 panel.

How a shop works

A shop is 16×15 m: up to 4 stations along the back wall, the counter and up to 4 registers at the front, up to 6 tables on the right. A customer buys at the counter and leaves, or sits down to eat if a table is free (pays 1.5×, the waiter brings the order, then the table is wiped). A scooter delivers orders (+25 %). The display case raises station and counter capacity.

City and village

ZonePlot priceTaxCustomer flow
🏙 City10–40 mln12 %very high near the metro and plaza
🌾 Village250 000 – 1,5 mln5 %moderate near bus stops and parks

Customers appear at the metro, plaza, park and bus stops and pick a shop within 70 m: closer, more attractive (advertising, upgrades) and with a shorter queue wins. Neighbouring shops share one flow. Each extra shop costs the buyer 22 % more. When the village runs out of free plots the city grows by itself with new streets and blocks.

Costs: salary, rent, tax

StaffSalary / minRole
Cashier6 000 somSells at the register, one per register
Carrier5 000 somCarries goods from the station to the counter
Waiter7 000 somBrings orders to tables and wipes them when idle
Cleaner4 000 somCleans dirty tables immediately
Manager10 000 somCollects the cash pile for you
Guard6 000 somThieves stay away from the shop
Accountant8 000 somCuts tax by 40 %
  • Salary and rent are charged every 30 seconds. Rent is 0.6 % of the plot price per minute for every shop except your cheapest.
  • Tax on income (sales, tips, delivery) every 2 minutes: village 5 %, city 12 %. An accountant cuts tax by 40 %.
  • If cash runs out you get debt and a strike (💸): staff stop until you collect the register and pay it off.

Thieves and the guard

When the owner is away, the register holds more than 40 000 som and there is no guard, a thief comes (twice as often at night) and runs off with 60 % of the cash (at most 800 000). Get close and the thief flees; if the money is already taken, catch them to get it back. A guard (600k, salary 6k/min) keeps thieves away entirely; a manager empties the register often and lowers the risk.

Houses, second floor, taxi and the blogger

  • 🏢 Apartment house — build a house on an empty plot instead of a shop (plot price + 12 mln, then expand to 3 and 9 floors). It pays rent every minute, and in the morning and evening residents walk out to the nearest shops — build it next to your own shop and the flow is yours.
  • ⬆ Second floor — above every working shop a separate plot is for sale (from 4 mln, based on the ground plot price): anyone can buy it, with their own product, equipment and staff. The ground-floor owner can sell the same product (double capacity) or something new; if one person owns both floors, idle staff walk between floors by the stairs. Use the “⬆ 2-qavat” button inside the shop. Rotate the camera with Q/E or the right mouse button (two fingers or ↺/↻ on phones); next to a two-storey shop the camera automatically shows it from the side.
  • 🚕 Taxi service (25 / 55 / 121 mln) — every 60 / 45 / 32 s a taxi brings 2 / 3 / 4 customers from the city edge straight to your shop, distance does not matter. Expensive, but it makes even a remote plot busy.
  • 🤳 Blogger — now and then a famous blogger visits: a short queue, clean tables and a rating of 3.5+ give 90 seconds of VIRAL (customers ×2.2) and +0.3 rating; otherwise a negative post and −0.3.
  • Time of day — bread, coffee and tea sell in the morning, plov, lagman, manti and somsa at lunch, pizza, burgers, lavash and shashlik in the evening, ice cream and coffee at night. Sell different products on one street.

The market: plots, rivals, price

  • The 🏪 Bozor panel lists free plots (⭐ = customer flow). Buy one and choose a product.
  • Make an offer for another player's shop (at least 50 % of its value); if the owner agrees it's yours. Put your own shop up for sale or sell it to the city for 60 %.
  • Price 0.7×–1.5×: higher means fewer customers, lower means longer queues. A trending product draws more people.

Rooms

There are no rounds or time limits: every room is endless, the city keeps growing, your shops are saved and you continue when you return.

  • Central bazaar — a medium city, 6 bots, open to everyone; newcomers start here.
  • Mahalla — a small city with 3 bots for a calmer start.
  • Big city — a medium city, 6 bots; the most grown city.
  • With friends — your own city via a 4-letter code or link; you choose the bots and the city size.

10 tips

  1. Cashier and carrier first; then you're free to go hunting for a new plot.
  2. Get a manager early so the cash pile doesn't feed thieves.
  3. Don't enter the city before you have 10 million: rent and tax are high, but the flow is 3–4× bigger.
  4. The plot by the metro is the priciest but the most productive; pick high-⭐ spots.
  5. Don't sell the same product as your neighbour, or you'll split the flow.
  6. Tables + waiter + cleaner mean 1.5× income on shashlik and pizza.
  7. If your second shop is next door, share the cashier and manager instead of paying twice.
  8. Equipment counts at 60 % towards wealth, so a new shop or a house lifts your rating more than expensive upgrades.
  9. Bid for a rival's shop in a good spot; buying can be cheaper than building.
  10. See a strike (💸)? Collect the register at once; every minute loses the queue.

FAQ

How is the winner decided?

There are no rounds: the rating is permanent and based on wealth, cash plus shop value (plot price and 60 % of equipment). It is shown on the right during the game.

What happens to my shop if I go offline?

In round rooms it's released after 3 minutes; in the Big city ♾ it's kept for 24 hours: staff keep working, but salaries keep being charged.

Can I play on a phone?

Yes — in the browser with a joystick and buttons; graphics adapt to the phone's power.
