Your decisions as an entrepreneur

  1. Location — a cheap village (little traffic, 5 % tax) or an expensive city (lots of traffic, 12 % tax, rent)? Check the ⭐ rating and distance to the metro.
  2. Product — cheap and fast (flatbread, somsa) or expensive and slow (lavash, pizza)? Match it to the plot’s traffic.
  3. Staff — everyone draws a salary; a cashier at 6k/min pays off only if the register is busy.
  4. Price — 0.7×–1.5×: adjust every minute by the queue.
  5. Reinvestment — put profit back into stations, a display case, tables, or open a second shop.
  6. Risk — thieves, debt, a rival opening next door. A guard and a cash reserve are your insurance.

From zero capital

Starting cash is 0 som. The first shop (the cheapest empty village plot) and one station are free. For the first 2–3 minutes the entrepreneur does everything: carries goods, works the register, cleans the table. The first 100k goes to the first employee. Just like a real small business: yourself first, then a team.

For a lesson or training

The teacher creates a closed room (0 bots, Small city), tells the class the code, everyone joins from their phones and the teacher sets the time (say 10 minutes). When time is up, the rating on the right is ready-made discussion material:

  • Why did the winner win: location, product or price?
  • Who overspent on staff and went negative?
  • Whose cash did the thief take: a talk about risk management.
  • Open a new room, play again with a changed strategy and compare.

Common mistakes

  • Hiring 3 workers in the first minute: salaries exceed sales, debt.
  • Moving to the city with 10M: rent and tax eat the reserve and the shop stays unequipped.
  • Leaving 500k at the register and walking off: the thief takes 300k.
  • Selling pizza in the village: one every 10 seconds and no buyers.
Important: the money in the game is virtual som. No real money is paid out, required or withdrawn. This is a business simulator, not a casino or a “make money” site.

How to start

  1. Press “Play” and type a name: no sign-up, password or download.
  2. Your first shop is free (the cheapest empty plot in the village). Pick a product; flatbread is the easiest start.
  3. Sell yourself first: carry goods from the station to the counter and stand at the register. Once cash builds up, hire a cashier and a carrier.
